The Perche and Normandy regions, with their many local producers and culinary specialities, are an exceptional region in more ways than one… Homemade Mortagne black pudding, Normandy meats, fish from our coasts, seasonal fruit and vegetables are all sublimely prepared by our chef Vincent Biset, Master Chef of France. As for desserts, fruit and chocolate variations share the limelight with our unmissable hot soufflé, revisited each season.

"Premier Jugement" Menu - €39
A slightly lighter variation on the “Verdict” Menu. The “First Judgement” menu nevertheless offers just as much choice of starter, main course and dessert.

- Go to 4 place du Palais in Mortagne-au-Perche in Normandy, on the edge of the Parc Régional Naturel du Perche. The restaurant and its patio are on the ground floor of the Hôtel du Musée***, a stone’s throw from the Christian Dior Museum.
